At just 15 years old, Marc, who grew up in a family of construction contractors, quickly developed an interest in real estate by participating in related activities alongside his family. By 20, he earned his real estate agent licence. He quickly stood out at the firm Le Permanent de l'Époque. Always striving to improve, he pursued training in real estate appraisal and real estate law at Université du Québec (UQAM). In 1987, he joined a rapidly expanding network: Les Franchisés Re/Max.


He’s known for his marketing expertise, professionalism, and honesty, which inspired his memorable slogan, “The Marc of trust in real estate”. He’s earned honour after honour within the Re/Max network year after year, including the prestigious Circle of Legends and the Lifetime Achievement award.


At the turn of the millennium, as the real estate industry was evolving, Marc founded his own company and became a licensed real estate broker under the name Re/Max Platine M.C. (Licensed under Re/Max Platine). With all the experience and knowledge he's built, he's earned an enviable reputation. It's no surprise that more and more clients trust Équipe Marc Charbonneau, one of the most prominent teams in Brossard and surrounding areas.

Having grown up at the heart of a family working in real estate in Brossard, Philippe quickly developed a passion for the industry. A graduate of Concordia University in business administration with a specialization in real estate, he applies his knowledge and expertise every day to offer clients the most professional service possible.


Beyond his passion and expertise cultivated over the years, Philippe has developed other skills that make him an essential asset to the team. He had the opportunity to grow in the world of hockey, playing for Concordia's university team, the Stingers, and later making his way into the LNAH. Hockey taught him discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. It's a pleasure to have Philippe on the team.

Shady knows the South Shore of Montreal well, having grown up there and worked in the family business. The family operated retail businesses and now manages a significant real estate portfolio.


A graduate in business administration from the University of Ottawa, Shady was quickly immersed in the world of real estate and has been passionate about it ever since.


After working for several years in sales and customer service companies, Shady decided to return to his roots and completed his real estate certification. His drive, dedication, and expertise in construction, renovation, and real estate make him an outstanding broker. He joined Équipe Marc Charbonneau in 2013, rounding out the team perfectly, ready to meet your expectations and even exceed them!

After beginning her university studies in architecture in China, Mingyu chose to pursue her graduate studies at an architecture school in France. After getting her master's degree in 2010, she worked at an architectural firm in Paris.


In 2016, Mingyu chose Quebec as her new home and decided to apply her knowledge to the real estate industry.


Alongside her work in real estate brokerage, Mingyu serves as vice-president of the Shandong Association, a Montreal-based organization that helps new Chinese immigrants who speak neither French nor English settle in Quebec. Among other things, she helps them find a property suited to their needs.


In 2018, she proudly joined Équipe Marc Charbonneau. Fluent in three languages (French, English, and Mandarin) and known for being attentive, professional, and thorough, Mingyu will guide you through the buying or selling process while always working in your best interest.

A Brossard native, Michèle spent 10 years working in dentistry before discovering her true passion for administrative support. In 1995, she joined Équipe Marc Charbonneau as an administrative assistant, where her energy, warmth, and organizational skills make all the difference.


Always ready to help, Michèle creates a pleasant and harmonious work environment while making sure every detail is taken care of. Her reassuring presence and professionalism contribute to the team's success and to client satisfaction every day.

Before joining the team as broker support, Anne-Marie first worked as a real estate broker, giving her an in-depth understanding of the market and client needs. She also gained experience in customer service and office coordination, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.


She's naturally detail-oriented and calm, someone who loves helping others and making sure everything runs smoothly. In real estate, she's the reliable point of contact who supports clients and brokers at every stage of a transaction. Her goal is always to create a positive, organized, and stress-free experience for all.
